Rick Harris

Rick Harris joins the Synergy team after a distinguished career in retail financial services spanning almost two decades. Rick spent 18 years as an investment advisor specializing in retirement planning at some of the most recognized firms in the country, including Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. While at Morgan Stanley, Rick helped develop a retirement-planning software solution for advisors that was eventually adopted in 26 offices nationwide.

In addition to his tenure as a financial advisor, Rick enjoyed a successful five-year stint as an entrepreneur. His experience starting and running Eddie Haskell’s Patio & Grill — an upscale eatery, sports bar and live entertainment venue — gives him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to be a successful small business owner.

Rick is a native of Northwest Arkansas, and grew up on his family’s farm in Alma. After college, he spent six years in the Air National Guard, for which he received the prestigious Arkansas Service Award. His professional experience includes retail management, insurance, and trust banking services.

Rick received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Woo pig sooie. He held several securities licenses during his career as an investment advisor, including the Series 7, 63 and 66.
